Job Description
We are looking to fill multiple positions in our Consulting line of business. They include Associate Consultants, Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managing Consultants and Principal Consultants. The candidates are expected to possess university-level qualifications with above-average grades combined with international background either in study or work. The average years of experience are 0 to 2 years for Associate Consultant, 2-4 years for Consultant, 4-6 years for Senior Consultant, 7-9 years for Managing Consultant and 9+ years for Principal Consultant. We are looking for candidates with specific experience within one or several of our key domains such as Strategy & Operations, Best-shoring, Digital Banking, Finance, Risk & Control, Regulatory, Data & Architecture, IT effectiveness, Client Life Cycle Management and Financial Crime.
• Working in project environments of various leading financial services companies for bringing about strategic and organisational change
• Analysing business processes and problems
• Translating targets into practice
• Implementing business models and change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Fluency in Mandarin is desirable)
• Entrepreneurial, analytical and results-oriented
• A passion for consulting and organisational change field
• A strong affinity for financial services and IT industry
• Ambition to be the best in his/her field
• A team player who enjoys working with clients and sharing knowledge with co-workers
